Easy Banana Bread RecipeBaking Banana Bread is one of those hobbies that the majority of the country has picked up whilst stuck inside in isolation. With most of the ingredients not being hard to get and typically being inside most pantries and food cupboards. I believe everyone has chosen this recipe because it is one of those bakes that is quite easy to make, no-fuss ingredients and it simply tastes quite delicious. I enjoyed my version of the popular bake anyways.

I buy bananas because I quite enjoy them with my porridge, but I have found I've not been reaching for them recently and not being a fan of waste, I decided to use them wisely and put them in a Banana Bread which I know I would enjoy. I am finding cooking and baking quite relaxing and therapeutic at the moment. Obviously, I am a novice baker... so if you are like me and need an easy to follow recipe, then you have definitely come to the right place.

The recipe is enough to make a small loaf, but you can just double the mixture to make a full loaf to serve 10. You will obviously need a mixing bowl and a loaf tin, but I used a shallow dish to make mine, hence the small slices.
